There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, that certain code known as the Southwest Ohio Fire Safety Council Unified Fire Code as amended from time to time, except such administrative provisions as are in conflict with other ordinances of the Municipality.
