1329.03 EXCEPTIONS TO REGULATIONS.

Where it is determined by the Municipal Manager that all or a portion of a building cannot be drained according to the requirements of this chapter, other suitable measures for securing satisfactory run-off of roof drainage may be substituted if installed under the direction of the Municipal Manager and approved by the Municipal Manager and the Board of Health.
