1321.32 STAYING OF ORDER UNDER APPEAL.

Except for vacation orders made pursuant to provisions of this Code, enforcement of any notice and order of the Building Inspector issued under this Code shall be stayed pending the disposition of the appeal there from which is properly and timely filed.
