The Planning Commission shall serve and be utilized in order to provide for final interpretation of the provisions of this Code and to hear appeals as provided for hereunder. Procedures for filing and handling appeals shall be identical to those as specified for the Board of Zoning Appeals in Sections 1117.01 through 1117.04. Copies of all rulings by the Commission shall be delivered to the Building Inspector who shall make them accessible to the public.
