1321.10 EMERGENCIES.
   If in the judgment of the Building Inspector an emergency exists on any premises or in any building or portion thereof, such that there is a clear and present danger to the life, health, safety or welfare of any person or the general public, the Building Inspector may issue an order, verbal or written, specifying the nature of the emergency and requiring the immediate vacation of the premises or such action as he deems necessary given the nature of the situation. Notwithstanding other provisions of this Code, such order shall be effective immediately and the premises involved shall be placarded. When subsequent conditions permit, the Building Inspector shall commence procedures for notice and order as specified in Section
