There is hereby adopted, and incorporated by reference as if fully set out at length herein, for the purpose of establishing standards for electrical materials and installations in all structures, that certain code known as the National Electrical Code, current edition, recommended by the National Fire Protection Association, as amended hereafter from time to time, subject to the modifications provided under Section
