A specific fee for the construction of porticos up to fifty square feet in size shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00), and as may be amended annually by Village Council in the Village fee schedule. For the purposes of this specific fee, a “portico” shall be defined as a structure consisting of a roof not exceeding 50 square feet in size supported by columns at regular intervals, to be attached to an existing porch.
