As used in the Hamilton County Building Code adopted herein, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
(a) "County" or "Hamilton County" means the Municipality of Greenhills, Ohio.
(b) "Board of County Commissioners" means the Council of the Municipality.
(c) "Building Official" means the Municipal Manager.
