There is hereby adopted, and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, for the purpose of regulating the erection, construction, repair, alteration, maintenance, removal, demolition, use and occupancy of buildings and other structures, that certain code known as the Hamilton County Building Code, current edition, promulgated by the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners, as amended hereafter from time to time, except such administrative provisions as are in conflict with other ordinances of the Municipality or which by their nature can only reasonably be construed to apply to Hamilton County.
