1141.19 VIOLATION.

(a) Whenever the Planning Commission or Council, by ordinance, shall find in the case of any approved Final Plan that any of the terms, conditions or restrictions upon which Final Plan approval, Section

(b) Violation of the Final Plan for a Planned Unit Development as approved shall constitute violation of the Zoning Code.
