Each residential Planned Unit Development shall provide reasonable visual and acoustical privacy so that the occupants of one unit shall not interfere with the activities of occupants of another unit, unless specifically designed otherwise and approved as such by the Planning Commission and Council. Fences, insulation, walls, barriers and landscaping shall be used as appropriate, for the protection and aesthetic enhancement of property, the privacy of its occupants, screening of objectionable views or uses and the reduction of noises.
