1131.06 MINIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK.

The minimum front yard setback for properties in the B-1 Business District shall be not less than 25 feet. However, open porches may extend twelve feet into the required front yard as long as there are no enclosing materials of any kind between the floor and the ceiling or roof of the porch. (Ord. 2013-04-CD. Passed 4-2-13.)
