(a) In addition to the standards established in this Chapter, uses except single family and two family dwellings located within the R-2 Multi-Family Residence District must conform to the standards established in Chapter 1145, Bufferyards and Landscaping and Chapter 1147, Off-Street Parking and Loading.
(b) Site plan review and/or conditional use approval by the Planning Commission is required for all new structures and expansions of uses, except single family and two family dwellings, located within the R-2 Multi-Family Residence District. This review shall be conducted in accordance with the standards and procedures outlined in Section
