Except as hereinafter specified:
(a) No land shall be used except for a use permitted in the Zoning District in which it is located, or for a use conditionally permitted and subject to the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit.
(b) (1) No building shall be erected, converted, enlarged, reconstructed, nor shall any building be moved onto a zoning lot or within the same zoning lot, unless it is a use permitted in the Zoning District in which such building is located, except as provided for elsewhere in this Code.
(2) No parcel of land nor lot shall hereafter be created which does not conform to, and meet the requirements of these regulations unless otherwise approved by the Village Planning Commission under its platting authority.
(c) Every building hereafter erected or structurally altered shall be located on a lot as herein defined. No more than one principal building per lot shall be permitted.
