(a) The cost of controlling the blight and disease of shade trees within public rights-of-way by planting, maintaining, trimming and removing shade trees in and along the streets of the Village of Greenhills shall be specifically assessed by the foot front upon all lots and lands bounding and abutting upon each of the streets within the, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 Greenhills Forestry District in the amount of fifty cents ($0.50) per front foot as provided by R.C. § 727.011, which said lots and lands and hereby determined to be specifically benefited by said work in the amount specially assessed against each such lot and corner lot. Lots having frontage on more than one side including corners shall be computed at 75% of total lot frontage.
(b) The maximum assessment per single-family residence shall not exceed sixty dollars ($60.00) annually.
