EDITOR'S NOTE: There are no sections in this chapter. It has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation. Council, by Ordinance 1052, passed October 6, 1970, authorized and consented to include Greenhills in Sewer District 1 as established by the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners for the purpose of constructing water and/or sewer improvements. Ordinance 1053, passed October 6, 1970, authorized the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners to proceed with the maintenance, repair and operation of all sewer improvements for local service within Greenhills.
