913.05 DETAILED ENGINEERING STANDARDS.

Construction of sidewalks, aprons and curbs shall comply with the requirements of this chapter and with the specifications of the Municipal Manager or those designated by the Municipal Manager. He shall cause these specifications to be prepared for the construction of the various kinds of pavements and transmit the same to Council for approval.
