743.17 SEAL OF INSPECTION FOR SAFE VEHICLES REQUIRED.

No owner or other person having possession or control of any taxicab, shall operate the same upon the streets unless such vehicle has an unexpired seal of inspection indicating that it has been duly inspected and found safe and roadworthy within the preceding four months. (Ord. 668. Passed 9-19-61.)
