725.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person not legally licensed to do so shall represent himself to be a fortuneteller, clairvoyant, palmister, or phrenologist or engage in the practice of fortunetelling, clairvoyancy, palmistry or phrenology, whether or not for a fee or compensation.
