711.04 CABLE OPERATOR NONCOMPLIANCE.

A cable operator which willfully or repeatedly fails to comply with a rate decision or refund order directed specifically at the cable operator shall be subject to a monetary forfeiture as determined by the Municipality following the procedures set forth in 47 USC S503.
