711.03 CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

The Municipality shall comply with procedures set forth in 47 CFR S0.459 regarding confidential business information submitted by the cable operator in a rate regulation proceeding. (Ord. 94-6C. Passed 2-1-94.)
