Unless otherwise provided herein, whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor on a first offense; and on a subsequent offense such person is guilty of a third degree misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
