Any owner, distributor or exhibitor who has had their license suspended for a one year period may, after six months have expired, apply to the Chief of Police and the Mayor for reinstatement. The Chief and Mayor may reinstate the license upon a showing by the license holder of future compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Restrictions may be placed upon the license holder's operation to assure compliance. Such restrictions may include the posting of a bond of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) with the Municipality. The bond shall be released after one year of operation in compliance with this chapter.
