Each amusement device license shall be valid for only so long as the licensed amusement device is owned by the owner listed on such license, the distributor listed on such license remains the distributor of the licensed amusement device, the exhibitor listed on such license is the exhibitor of the licensed amusement device and the licensed amusement device is located at the place of business listed on such license. Licenses issued to any owner, distributor or exhibitor or for any individual amusement device shall not be sold, leased, transferred or assigned to any other owner, distributor, exhibitor or for any other amusement device.
