705.03 REGISTRATION.
      (a) All original registrations, unless otherwise specifically provided, shall be made to the Municipal Manager or other duly authorized issuing authority, in writing, upon forms to be furnished by the Municipality, and shall contain:
      (1)   The name of the applicant and of each officer, partner or business associate;
      (2)   The applicant's present occupation and place of business;
      (3)   The applicant's place of residence for five years preceding the date of application;
      (4)   The nature and location of the intended business or enterprises;
      (5)   The applicant's Social Security number and/or Federal Employer's Identification Number;
      (6)   If for a vendor, a description of the merchandise to be sold; and
      (7)   Such other information concerning the applicant and his business as may be reasonable and proper, having regard to the nature of the registration.
   (b)   No person shall knowingly make any false statement or representation in such application.
   (c)   Businesses required to have a business license under any other section of this code are not required to register. Their license shall be the same as registration.
   (d)   Business registrations and business activities referred to in this chapter shall not include home occupations as defined in these Codified Ordinances.
