Permits for exclusive use of a park or recreational facility may be issued by the Municipal Manager, or designee. Applications for reserved use shall be accompanied by a deposit in an amount as set by the Municipal Manager. Deposits shall be returned after the reserved period less such expenses as may be incurred for the repair of damage or the cleaning of the facility as the result of the use thereof by the permit holder. The applicant may be required to provide a certificate of insurance in advance of the event, naming the Village of Greenhills as an additional insured. The cost of any required security will be required to be paid in advance of the event.
