553.07 TYPES OF TREES PERMITTED IN SIDEWALK AREAS.

Only trees that are listed on an approved tree list that is on file with the Village’s Clerk of Council, and as may be amended from time to time by the Village Council, can be planted or transplanted upon sidewalk spaces.
