525.15 FAILURE TO PAY FINE.

Whoever refuses or neglects to pay the fine imposed on conviction of any offense shall be imprisoned and kept at hard labor, in accordance with Ohio R.C. 2947.14 or 2947.20, until such fine is paid or secured to be paid, or the person is otherwise legally discharged.
