(a) No minor under the age of eighteen years shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or ride any motor vehicle in the public streets, other public place, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots, or other unsupervised places between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following date, official Municipal time. However, the provisions of this section do not apply to minors accompanied by their parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or when the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.

(b) The penalty for violation of subsection (a) hereof shall be as directed by the Juvenile Court of Hamilton County, or its authorized representative.
(c) No parent, guardian or person having the legal custody or control of a minor shall permit such minor to violate the provisions of subsection (a) hereof.
(d) Whoever violates subsection (c) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
