351.15 PARKING OF TRUCKS AND TRAILERS RESTRICTED.
   (a)   No person shall park any one-half ton or larger truck, trailer, semitrailer or travel trailer, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01, longer than eighteen feet upon any street in a residential area. This restriction shall not apply to commercial vehicles on regular delivery or service calls. An area shall be considered a residential area if a majority of the buildings in the area are single or multiple family residences.
   (b)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
