(a) There is hereby levied an annual five dollars ($5.00) license tax under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4504.171 to take effect beginning in 1992 and that revenue derived from such tax shall be used for the purposes authorized pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.171 including to supplement costs and expenses associated with the maintenance of public roads within the Municipality.
(b) All revenues derived from such tax shall be deposited, pending use, in the Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund of the Municipality.
(c) The Clerk shall submit a certified copy of this section to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles on or before July 1, 1991.
