(a) The Village hereby establishes a collection fee of up to thirty-three and thirty-three one-hundredths percent (33.33%) of the balance to be assessed to unpaid and delinquent fines, fees, and costs, rents, and any other monies owed to the Greenhills Mayor’s Court or the Village of Greenhills which have been turned over to a collection agency.
(b) Said collection service fee shall be automatically assessed once any account is turned over to a collection agency.
