The purpose of this chapter is to:
(a) Promote and protect the beauty and environmental qualities of trees in Greenhills by providing for updated regulations of the planting, maintenance, preservation and removal of trees in Greenhills; and
(b) Establish a Tree Advisory Board to promote new and existing tree programs in support of urban forest management.
