165.03 APPOINTMENT, SUPERVISION AND EXPENDITURES.

The official photographer shall be appointed by the Municipal Manager who shall be his supervisor and shall be paid at a rate determined by Council. All expenditures made by the official photographer shall be approved by the Municipal Manager.
