A fund is hereby created, herein called the Mayor’s Court Restricted Police Fund, and requiring, as provided by Ohio law, Ohio R.C. 5705.12, that three dollars ($3.00) of every Mayor’s Court case be assessed said fee, and that said fee be transferred and deposited into the Mayor’s Court Restricted Police Fund, and that said Fund expenditures be restricted solely for operational and maintenance expenses related to computerization of the Mayor’s Court.
