   143.13 COPS FAST GRANT FUND.
   (a)   A COPS Fast Grant Fund is hereby established.
   (b)   The required local matching funds may be transferred from the General Fund.
   (c)   The Finance Director is authorized to execute the necessary documents with all governmental agencies.
