143.12 OBBS FEE FUND.

(a) There is hereby created an agency fund within the Municipality known as the OBBS Fee Fund for the collection of the Ohio Board of Building Standards assessments on building permits in the amount of three percent (3%).

(b) The moneys collected under this assessment shall be paid into such agency Fund and then remitted to the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
