(a) The Municipal Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with any bank for the purpose of accepting VISA and Mastercard credit cards.
(b) Credit cards may be accepted for any and all payments to the Municipality for any purpose including but not limited to recreational facilities, Mayor's Court, tax payments to the Income Tax Bureau, rent and building permit fees.
