(a) The Municipal Manager and Finance Director hereby are authorized and directed to pay public monies of the Village into the STAR PLUS Cash Management Program of the State of Ohio.
(b) The Finance Director is further authorized to transfer existing funds from STAR Ohio to the STAR PLUS Cash Management Program.
(c) The Municipal Manager and the Finance Director are hereby authorized and directed to take whatever steps and execute whatever documents that may be necessary for this purpose.
