143.03 FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND.

There is hereby created a trust fund designated as the Federal General Revenue Sharing Fund. All funds received under Section 123(a)(1) of the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972 shall be paid directly into such Fund.
