The following places in the Municipality are hereby established as the public places where ordinances, resolutions and notices shall be posted for fifteen days as specified in Charter Section 2.06:
(1) The Wright-Patt Credit Union, Greenhills Branch;
(2) The Public Library, Greenhills, Ohio Branch;
(3) The lobby of the Municipal Building; and
(4) The United States Post Office in Greenhills.
