(A) Superior officers, when coming in contact with men/women under their command, shall set examples of sobriety, discipline, energy, activity, neatness, accuracy, thoroughness, courage, moderation, and dignity, and shall not indulge in unofficer-like familiarity with them.
(B) Superior officers shall be held responsible for all orders given by them to their subordinates.
