§ 34.02 CHAIN OF COMMAND.
   The chain of command with respect to the Police Department shall be:
   (A)   Mayor;
   (B)   Chief of Police;
   (C)   Deputy Chief;
   (D)   Captains;
   (E)   Lieutenants;
   (F)   Sergeants; and
   (G)   Corporals.
