§ 32.10 APPEAL FROM DECISION OF PRESIDING OFFICER.
   Any Common Council member may appeal any decision of the presiding officer to the Common Council. The appeal shall be by motion duly made and seconded. A majority vote as defined in I.C. 36-4-6-11 is necessary to overrule the presiding officer.
