§ 32.08 INTRODUCTION, ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.
   (A)   All proposed ordinances should be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer at least two days before a regular meeting.
   (B)   All ordinances shall be read three times before being passed, and no ordinance shall pass on the same day in which it is introduced unless it is in compliance with the provisions of I.C. 36-4-6-13.
