(A) Regular meetings. The regular meeting date and time for the Common Council shall be at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month.
(B) A special meeting of the Common Council. Any member desiring to call a special meeting of Common Council shall give a written notice of the time and place of such meeting to the Mayor, to each Common Council member, and to the Clerk-Treasurer at least 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays) before the time such meeting is to be held.
