The councilmanic districts of the city shall be numbered and determined as hereinafter set forth with reference to the precinct numbers previously adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Hancock County, Indiana, as follows:
(A) Councilmanic District #1. All that area within the corporate limits of the City of Greenfield that lies east of Blue Road and south of McKenzie Road, together with all that area within the City of Greenfield that lies north of McKenzie Road and east of Apple Street.
(B) Councilmanic District #2. All that area within the corporate limits of the City of Greenfield that lies west of Blue Road, south of McKenzie Road, east of State Street, and north of Main Street; except that area that lies North of Hancock Regional Hospital and west of Swope Street; together with all that area within the City of Greenfield that lies north of McKenzie Road, west of Apple Street, south of Walnut Ridge Subdivision, and east of Brandywine Creek.
(C) Councilmanic District #3. All that area within the corporate limits of the City of Greenfield that lies north of McKenzie Road, and west of Apple Street; except that area that lies east of Brandywine Creek and south of Walnut Ridge Subdivision; together with all that area within the City of Greenfield bounded by a line described as follows; beginning at the intersection of McKenzie Road and Franklin Street; thence south along Franklin Street to Park Avenue; thence east along Park Avenue to State Street; thence north along State Street to the northwest comer of the Hancock Regional Hospital property; thence east along the north line of the Hospital to Swope Street; thence northerly along Swope Street to McKenzie Road; thence west along McKenzie Road to the point of beginning.
(D) Councilmanic District #4. All that area within the corporate limits of the City of Greenfield that lies south of McKenzie Road, and north of Main Street, and bounded on the east by a line described as follows; beginning at the intersection of McKenzie Road and Franklin Street; thence south along Franklin Street to Park Avenue; thence east along Park Avenue to School Street; thence south along School Street to Main Street.
(E) Councilmanic District #5. All that area within the corporate limits of the City of Greenfield that lies south of Main Street and west of Blue Road, together with the area north of Main Street bounded on the east by State Street, on the north by Park Avenue and on the west by School Street.
(F) In addition to the above districts, there shall be two at-large members.
