§ 94.04 COVERING GARBAGE RECEPTACLES; PLACEMENT OF GARBAGE RECEPTACLES.
   All garbage receptacles shall be kept tightly covered and shall be emptied frequently to prevent fermentation and bad odors. Except as otherwise provided under § 93.21(D), garbage receptacles shall not be located in the right-of-way.
