All code violations will be documented on a fire inspection report form. Each business will be given 30 days to correct code violations. Certain code violations may be given less time to correct due to their severity. The business shall also comply online through the city website when the violations have been corrected. If, after the specified time, a compliance card is not received, a reinspection shall be made of the business to determined code compliance. A reinspection fee for each reinspection shall be charged as indicated in the city fee schedule in § 35.34.
