§ 73.34 RIDING ON SEAT ONLY.
   Any person operating a bicycle shall not ride other than on or astride the permanent and regular seat attached thereto, nor carry any person on such bicycle other than on a firmly attached and regular seat thereon, nor shall any person ride on a bicycle other than above authorized.
